Terms of service

Glitz Lighting Gallery stands behind the merchandise we sell.  Please notify us immediately if you experience any issues.  

All packages are photographed for parts, components and for proper packing prior to shipping, as well as personally inspected by a management team member at Glitz Lighting.

Any missing or defective items need to be reported to us within 7 days of receipt.  Replacement parts will be sent in a timely manner.
